Today we are going to root Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 running on the latest Android OS which is currently Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for this variant. Requirements:

  • You’ll need Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 Running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Firmware
  • PC with Samsung USB drivers or Kies already installed.
  • Enable USB debugging from Phone Settings > Developers Options.

How to Root Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Using Saferoot script

Step 1. First of all unzip the saferroot.zip rooting script folder on your desktop. You’ll get the following files as shown in the image below:

Step 2. USB drivers are really important and be sure that you’ve correctly installed the drivers on your PC as it will help you to connect your device with PC.
Step 3. Connect your Galaxy Note 2 to PC via the USB data cable.
Step 4. Finally you’re almost 1 step away to root your phone. From the extracted folder, double click on the install.bat file to start the rooting process. You will see the following command window as shown in the image below:
