Create a new page

  1. Sign in to blogger.com and click on your blog.
  2. Select “Pages” from the left navigation bar on your dashboard.
  3. Click New Page.
  4. Click Save to create a draft of the page you can review and publish later. You can also click Preview to open a new tab previewing what your new page will look like. Click Publish to create the live page on your blog now.

Edit pages

You can edit a page you’ve created to add new content, images, or videos.
  1. Select “Pages” from the drop-down menu of your dashboard.
  2. Click the “edit” link below the page you’d like to edit.
  3. Make edits to your page.
  4. Click Update to publish the page with your edits, or Revert to draft to publish the page later. You can also
  5. click Preview to open a new tab to see what your edited page will look like.

Create a page link Tabs

To create a page that links tabs
  1. Select “Layout” from the drop-down menu of your dashboard.
  2. A preview of your blog’s layout will appear. Click the “Add a Gadget” link beside the section where you’d like to show your pages.
  3. Select the “Pages” gadget from the “Add a Gadget” list.
  4. Click on automatically add new pages when they apear.
  5. Select all pages
  6. You should see the new page listed under “Page Order.” Click Save at the bottom of the gadget window.
  7. Click Save arrangement in the upper right to save your layout.
You can locate the link of each page by open it through these tabs
Now if your template supports drop down menus or menu bar and you want to link these page to the menu instead of gadget then follow these steps.
Page address:
 If you PageName doesn't contain spaces.
your page link will normally be the http://youblogaddress.com/p/pagename.html 
If you Page Name contain spaces.
 http://youblogaddress.com/p/page%20name.html

Note: add %20 for each space in your page name. Simply paste this address to check weather its working or not, if its working skip "Step 2" and "creating page link tab" else you will have to follow complete procedure. Also remember page link will be created with initial page name if you rename the page even then the address will be based on old name.
Step 1: Goto Dashboard Templates Edit Html.
Step 2: Click Blog view, Open the desired page by clicking it in gadget and copy its URL.
Step 3: Click in Html Code and press CTRL+F and find you menu name it will something like this
     <li><a href='#'>Games</a></li> 


     <li><a href='#'>Apps</a></li>


      <li><a href='#'>Tools</a></li> 

Step 4: Paste This URL in place of # you can also change the name of Menu such as Games etc.
Step 5 Repeat these steps for all pages and then click save template.
Now your pages are linked to Menus you can get ride of gadget if you want.
