How to root Canada Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini with CF-Auto-Root:

1. Download the CF-Auto-Root zip file from here.
2. Extract the zipped files and you will get a .tar CF Auto Root file that you should leave on your computer.
3. Download Odin3 v3.09 from here.
   - extract the archived contents and place them on your computer’s desktop screen.
4. Power off the Galaxy S4 Mini now.
5. Next, Press and hold Volume Down, Home and Power buttons, all at the same time to boot in download mode.
6. Launch Odin 3.09 exe on your computer.
7. Use the USB Data cable and connect the phone to your computer.
   - wait for Odin to confirm that it has detected the Galaxy S4 Mini device.
   - if the phone is not recognized you will be forced to re-install the USB Drivers.
